    You arrive by introduction or through the form. The first conversation is encrypted and under NDA, and your configuration and scope go in writing before anything runs.

    Seen the way an adversary sees you

    We map what is public about you and the household the way an adversary would, then file removals against that picture and verify each one.

  3. 03 · Hardening

    Set up for you, not by you

    New devices of your choice arrive configured at Ward and above. Accounts, recovery paths, and privacy systems are rebuilt around how you actually live, then operated by us.

  4. 04 · Standing watch

    The retainer runs

    Monitoring live, re-filings automatic, your operator a message away. Briefings land on your configuration schedule: Watch biannual, Ward quarterly, Aegis on call.

Guardian is a service, and services leave a paper trail. These are the documents a household holds by the time the retainer is fully running.

  • Exposure baseline What was public about you on day one, and what came down.
  • Threat model document The written model your engagement is built against, updated as life changes.
  • Hardening report What was changed on each device and account, and why, in language written for you.

Boundaries What we decline

Defensive work only

If the brief crosses a line below, we say so on the first call and point you elsewhere when we can.

  • Executive protection details We coordinate with EP providers. We do not staff bodyguard details.
  • Surveillance of third parties We do not investigate or watch private individuals for a client.
  • Offensive operations Work stays defensive even when pressure is high.
  • Legal advice We work alongside counsel. We are not lawyers.
