B2B and institutional

Scoped work for firms
that carry real risk.

Guardian is the standing retainer for individuals and families. Organizations are everything else: corporate security teams, family offices, outside counsel, and government buyers who need TSCM, red teaming, insider threat review, or federal delivery on its own paperwork.

Each engagement opens with a written brief, with bounded deliverables and the operators named on both sides. Services and rates are shaped to the organization. There is no public menu.

The benefits parallel

Covered like any other benefit.

Privacy, provided by your company.

Companies cover what their people depend on because the people carry the business. Exposure belongs on that list. The organization retains Darkveil, and we run privacy defense for the leadership and households it covers, administered and renewed the way any benefit is. The covered person's part stays as simple as one conversation.

Operating model How programs run

How a program is run

I  /  Named operator

One operator holds the file

The person on the first call runs the engagement. No handoffs, no account managers, and a direct encrypted line for the people the program covers.

II  /  Written cadence

Reporting built for two readers

Briefings land on the schedule set in the letter: an executive summary a board can read in minutes, with the technical detail behind it for the people who need it.

III  /  Judgment in house

Analysis stays with Darkveil

Analysis and decisions run in house. Where physical execution is needed, it runs through vetted partners under our coordination and our standard.

01 / Corporate

Security teams and leadership under exposure.

For companies whose executives, board, or IP attract targeted attention. We sit beside your security org or run the line when you do not have one yet.

Typical scopes include technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM) for offices and travel sites, adversary simulation and red teaming against your external footprint, insider threat assessments when access patterns shift, and standing intelligence on leak markets and forums that mention your firm.

ECLIPSE sweeps, device hardening for the C-suite, and incident response can run as one project or on a quarterly cadence. Deliverables are written for general counsel and the CISO, not for a slide deck tour.

Vehicles on a tree-lined residential road. Family office

02 / Family office

One name, many households.

Clients, spouses, children, and staff often share a public footprint even when their risk profiles do not match.

We scope by person and by residence: broker removal across the family, account audits for dependents, home network reviews, travel devices, and TSCM for properties you actually use. The family office gets a single operator channel and a consolidated brief; individuals can still hold Guardian retainers where that fits.

Emergency protocols cover who calls whom when something breaks at 2 a.m. across time zones. We rehearse on the channel you will use, not a help desk queue.

04 / Federal

Government and contracted delivery.

Federal vehicles, prime-sub arrangements, and cleared scopes run outside the Guardian tiers. Different paperwork, different reporting rhythm, different channel.

We take government work where the requirement matches our bench: TSCM and technical security surveys, red team and adversary simulation under contract, insider threat technical review, and select operational support scoped under the appropriate authority. Cleared work is never described on this site.

Reach out with a sanitized written requirement. We route federal inquiries separately from personal Guardian retainers.

05 / Disciplines What shows up on a scope sheet

Four lines of work we scope often.

01  /  TSCM

Technical surveillance countermeasures

Sweeps of offices, residences, vehicles, and travel sites. ECLIPSE runs spectrum, network, optical, and proximity sensing in one pass. Findings are evidence-backed.

ECLIPSE
02  /  Red team

Adversary simulation

External footprint testing and physical-digital scenarios, scoped to your written engagement. Rules of engagement signed before anyone moves.

03  /  Insider

Insider threat review

Access patterns, egress paths, and technical indicators when trust breaks inside the house. We work with HR and counsel; we do not replace them.

04  /  Government

Federal and prime-sub

Contracted delivery under federal vehicles. Scoped case by case, reported through the channel your CO requires.

Introductions

Send a sector, a scope, and a timeline.

A few lines about the organization, assets in scope, and what triggered the call. We reply with the next step, not a brochure. Federal buyers should use the federal channel so your message lands in the right queue.
