Darkveil stays small. We add people from three backgrounds and turn away the rest. There is no graduate track and no consulting bench.

Who we hire.

Former intelligence officers with time in collection, counter-intelligence, or technical operations. Former special operations and military intelligence personnel. Cybersecurity operators who have run offensive or defensive work, not only advised on it.

We read for years in service, operational history we can verify on a closed channel, and discretion as habit. We do not hire junior consultants, vendors looking for a logo, or anyone who needs a public byline from the work.
